A few practical notes
How far in advance should I enquire?
For private dinners, two to four weeks is ideal. We may be able to accommodate shorter notice depending on the date, guest count, and menu.
Can you accommodate allergies or specific dietary needs?
Yes. Dietary requirements are discussed during the consultation and incorporated into the menu from the beginning, not treated as an afterthought.
Do you provide the ingredients and table service?
Yes. Ingredient sourcing, preparation, plating, kitchen management, and agreed service details are handled as part of the experience.
How is personal chef pricing determined?
Pricing is shaped by the menu, number of guests, ingredients, service style, travel, and any additional courses or pairings. A considered proposal follows our initial conversation.
A few practical notes
How far in advance should I book a personal chef?
We recommend 2–3 weeks for the best availability. Established clients can often book closer to their date.
Do you work with dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. We ask detailed questions during the consultation and handle all allergies with careful attention during preparation.
Can you accommodate special occasions or themes?
Absolutely. Anniversaries, celebrations, or a specific cuisine—we design the menu and experience around what makes the occasion special.
What's included in the consultation? Is there a cost?
The consultation is complimentary. We discuss your preferences, household, occasion, and any constraints—everything that shapes the right menu.
Do you shop for ingredients, or should I provide them?
We shop. We know where to source what we need and stay within your preferences and budget. It's part of the service.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations more than two weeks out receive a full refund. Closer to your date, we discuss options based on circumstances.
